All calls are free for Hino owners, and support is available in over 65 languages. Our team will quickly make arrangements to get you back on the road.
What HINOWATCH Covers
With HINOWATCH, you’re never alone on the road. The following services are provided at no charge during your coverage period:
Lockout Service – Locked out of your truck? We’ll help you get back in.
Out of Fuel – If you run out, we’ll bring fuel to get you moving again.
Battery Jump-Start – Dead battery? We’ll be there to give you a boost.
Information Service – Call anytime to find the nearest Hino dealer or get answers to basic truck operation questions.
Towing Assistance – If needed, we’ll arrange towing to the closest authorized Hino dealer or a preferred repair facility.
Important Notes About Towing
Towing must be arranged through HINOWATCH (1-866-365-4466)
Customers are responsible for coordinating payment with the tow provider at the time of service
If repairs are covered under Hino Warranty, the dealership will reimburse tow costs once repairs are completed
If repairs are not covered, towing costs are not reimbursed
